News:

•Athens Saxophone Quartet performed in Missouri in September 2008. Highlights included world premieres of a new piece by Athanasios Zervas and my own new quartet, here is no water but only rock. The score and a studio recording are now online.

•I recently engineered and produced a demo CD with St. Louis alt-rock/power-pop band Brickshy. We only had 2.5 days for the whole EP, but it came out very well. Give them a listen if you like that sort of music: they're a good band!

•During Spring 2009, I'll be touring and recording a program of music for saxophone and computer/electronics. Composers, check out the Call for Scores! I'll also perform with the Athens Quartet in Greece during March 2009.

•Phantasm for alto saxophone and computer has been selected for performance at the 2008 Electronic Music Midwest Festival, to be held October 16-18 at Lewis University.

•August 24-29, 2008, I was in Belfast, Northern Ireland for the 2008 ICMC at Queens University. I performed Phantasm in the Sonic Lab at SARC on August 25.

•The Thelema Trio was here March 21-24 to record a CD with me and give the world premiere of my piece neither from nor towards (ballade).
